I’m here to help you: heal your relationship with food (+ self!), make peace with your body, learn to eat intuitively, and FEED YOUR MAGIC! 

 

After years of being at war with myself and finally finding peace- Im here, on your team, passionately ready to fight for you and help you find all the answers that intuitively lie within. 

 

Together with we can co-creatively identify and unravel all of the beliefs and thought processes that no longer serve you, and create a new system of habits, beliefs and tools to help you heal, grow and evolve.
